ANNOUNCING

OUR

 2008-2009 Season

KCO is very excited about our upcoming second season! The 2007-2008 season included two successful and well received productions of Puccini's Tosca and Bizet's Carmen, which set the quality standard for well sung opera in Kansas. We will continue this tradition as we expand from two to four productions next season, incorporating orchestra for the first time, starting with Cavalleria Rusticana/ Pagliacci on October 3.  The new season  will also begin a yearly Christmas Program and a summer concert production of a Broadway Musical. Other ventures will include developing a scholarship fund, a voice competition and expansion into touring and outreach programs. Please join us for "Concert Opera at it's Best!" We'll see you there.
